Extended Holiday Returns

All items purchased between November 14 and December 31, 2025, are covered by our extended holiday return policy. You can return or exchange these items until January 30, 2026.

Last shipdate before Christmas — Parcel Deliveries (GLS)

Please refer to the LGT column if you’re purchasing larger furniture or lighting delivered curbside.

To receive your order with GLS before Christmas 2025, please place it no later than the dates below:*

Denmark: December 18

Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Germany & Austria: December 16

Finland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Northern Ireland, Norway, Rumania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain & Portugal: December 11

First deliveries in the new year will start in Week 2 of 2026.

General shipping information

Our preferred partners for shipments are GLS and LGT.
GLS for package deliveries and LGT for furniture and larger items. You will see which carrier (GLS or LGT) applies to your order during checkout.

The freight prices you see are indicative and not for specific products. The freight rates can vary according to the number of products and the volume of these in your basket. For the specific price for your order, please go to check out and select your delivery country.

We process your order as quickly as possible. Orders on stocked items are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 business days. Larger products, Made-to-order and pre-orders will ship according to the estimated delivery date stated on the product page.

All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls and Audo reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please contact customer service at salessupport@audocph.com

Delivery of furniture and larger products
When ordering furniture or larger products, they will be shipped with LGT to the curbside of your delivery address. All customers will be contacted regarding the date of delivery. Please make sure to be home at the address upon delivery. If you happen not to be home at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, please contact us for further assistance.
