Shipping Policy
Important information
Due to IT system updates, we are unable to process orders from December 18 to January 7. Orders placed during this period will be processed starting January 8. As a result, you may experience delays, and product availability may change after placing your order.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. You will receive an update as soon as your order ships. For further details, please refer to our terms and conditions.

General shipping information
Our preferred partners for shipments are GLS and LGT.
GLS for package deliveries and LGT for furniture and larger items.
The freight prices you see are indicative and not for specific products. The freight rates can vary according to the number of products and the volume of these in your basket. For the specific price for your order, please go to check out and select your delivery country.
We process your order as quickly as possible. Orders on stocked items are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 business days. Larger products, Made-to-order and pre-orders will ship according to the estimated delivery date stated on the product page.
All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls and Audo reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please contact customer service at salessupport@audocph.com
Delivery of furniture and larger products
When ordering furniture or larger products, they will be shipped with Dachser to the curbside of your delivery address. All customers will be contacted regarding the date of delivery. Please make sure to be home at the address upon delivery. If you happen not to be home at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, please contact us for further assistance.
