What type of hotel is the Audo Residence?
Our unique dwelling is a home away from home where you will encounter a warm and friendly atmosphere infused with aesthetic appeal. At Audo Residence, we do not offer conventional, round-the-clock hotel services such as in-house concierge and check-in: instead, you are in control of your stay with us.
Where is the Audo Residence?
Audo Residence is situated in Copenhagen’s newest district, Nordhavn. A waterside hotspot replete with modern architecture, design studios, cafés and restaurants, Nordhavn offers one of city’s best harbour bathing zones and is just two Metro stops from the city centre and easily accessible from the airport.
How do I get to Audo Residence from Copenhagen airport?
The Metro takes approximately 30 minutes. Take the M2 line towards Vanløse, changing at Kongens Nytorv to the M4 to Orientkaj and alighting at Nordhavn. Audo Residence is a two-minute walk from Nordhavn station. Get detailed information on public transport journeys at Rejseplanen.dk. Alternatively, take a taxi from outside arrivals at Terminal 3.
Unfortunately, we are unable arrange private
transfers to Audo Residence.
When can I check in?
Check-in with a host is available from:
Monday to Friday - 15.00-18.00
Saturday and Sunday - 15.00-16.00
We want to ensure that your stay at Audo Residence is as comfortable as possible. Therefore you will have to check-in online through the AeroGuest app. Read more here.
When do I have to check out?
Check-out is at 11 am. Should you wish to request a later check-out, please contact a member of our team via email to hear more about availability.
How do I make a reservation?
Book your stay with us here.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with check-in instructions and other relevant information.
Is there a lift?
Yes, the lift is accessible daily between 7:30 am and 6 pm.
Hotel guests have 24-hour access to a private stairwell at street level leading up to Audo Residence.
Can you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?

Please note that the lift is accessible every day 7.30-18.00. Be aware that outside of our opening hours there’s no access to the lift.
Are dogs allowed?
While we love four-legged friends, dogs are not allowed at Audo Residence due to allergies.
Are children welcome at Audo Residence?
Children are always welcome to stay with us. Each room at Audo Residence has one double bed but should you not wish to share a bed, we can arrange for a cot or junior bed for children under seven.

Is there a laundry service at Audo Residence?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer on-site laundry services.
Can I get breakfast at Audo Residence?
Breakfast is not included in your stay. Our café is open daily from 8:00 am and serves a selection of delicious breakfast options as well hot and cold beverages.
Can I rent a bike at Audo Residence?
Yes, we have bike rental services at our Residence. Contact reception for further details and booking.
Are the snacks and drinks in the minibar free?
We offer a selection of in-room snacks and beverages free of charge.
Can I get room service?
Audo Residence does not offer room service but please refer to our city guide to explore the many culinary options in the neighbourhood and around Copenhagen.
Can I add purchases from the Audo Café to my room bill?
Unfortunately we don't have the opportunity right now to have an open bill in the Audo Café. Please purchase directly.
