Before arrival, you will receive a text message and an email link to make your arrival seamless and save time on paperwork.

On the day of arrival, you will receive a digital key allowing you to access your room via your smartphone. Simply follow the instructions after completing the online check-in and downloading the AeroGuest app.

During your stay, the AeroGuest app is on hand to help, offering a chat function as well as practical information and local offers and recommendations.
