    Slow down and reconnect at Audo House during a rejuvenating wellness retreat hosted by Rave Yoga, Elizabeth Pearson from Ayune, and Emilie Lassen.

    Throughout the day, you will be invited to immerse yourself in a thoughtfully curated program designed to restore both body and mind. The retreat includes experiences such as sound healing, flow yoga, a gua sha workshop, and a nourishing sharing-style lunch prepared by Emelie Lassen, along with several other restorative moments.

    For those wishing to deepen the experience, an overnight stay at Audo Boutique Hotel is available, with additional activities planned for Sunday.

    To conclude the retreat, each guest will receive a luxurious goodie bag to take home — a small reminder of a day dedicated to wellbeing, connection, and renewal.
