As part of our commitment to a more circular and responsible design industry, we offer a prolongation service - a trusted way to extend the life of your furniture through professional repairs.
While this repair service is not operated by Audo or covered by our warranty, it is a solution we recommend to customers who want to maintain their furniture beyond the warranty period or repair items that fall outside of warranty coverage.
Please note: This service is currently available only in Denmark.

How it works
If you would like to explore a repair for your Audo product, simply contact prolong@audocph.com.
Your request will be reviewed, and if a repair is feasible, a trusted technician will take over direct communication.
You will receive a custom quote with a fixed price for the repair. Once accepted, the repair will be scheduled and carried out in your home.

Tables: sanding, adjustment of fittings, oil finishing and more
If spare parts are needed, Audo will supply them directly to ensure compatibility and quality.
