Customer's Own Material (COM)

We are pleased to offer upholstery using Customers’ Own Material (COM), subject to material approval. Please note that COM orders are subject to extended lead times.

Pricing for COM products is based on Price Category 2 — PC2T for textiles and PC2L for leather — excluding the cost of the material itself. Please refer to our Upholstery Programme for more information on pricing.

To begin the process, please contact your local sales representative. From there, the material must be sourced and shipped directly to the manufacturer. Unless pre-approved, fabrics may require testing prior to production. Your sales representative will advise on suitability and next steps.

Once the material has been approved, production of your furniture can begin.

Custom Orders

For larger projects, we offer the possibility to tailor most designs through custom lengths, finishes, materials, and colours — allowing each piece to respond to the specific needs of a space. This means that customers can request unique variants and custom-made items that are not part of our regular catalogue.
